| Personal Coaching | |
| 1.Coaching is a talking intervention which aims to create the optimum conditions in which the client can expand, grow and evolve. The coach's skill lies in the coaching process and in his or her ability to draw forth the coachees' strengths. This is a collaborative process. Whilst we aim to provide the highest quality coaching available the coach is not and cannot be held responsible for the coachees' growth.
2.Coachees take full responsibility for their own growth and learning. The coach may suggest fieldwork and exercises or suggest clients explore a particular area, but does not (and could not) enforce any course of action on a coachee. The responsibilty for choosing such action, carrying it through, and any growth and benefits that result lies solely with the coachee. The coach is not responsible for results and results cannot be guaranteed. 3.Although many coachees do, indeed, make huge shifts, others do not and choose to discontinue coaching. Change is never comfortable and this process does not suit everyone. Refunds will not be given on months where coaching has already been provided in good faith. Refunds may be given on outstanding months that have been paid for in advance but where coaching has not yet taken place. Where refunds are given it will be for each whole month of outstanding coaching. Refunds will not be given on part of a month. Our decision is final in this regard and we reserve the right to refuse refunds. 4. We acknowledge that clients often purchase coaching packages for others. In these terms the purchaser of services is referred to as 'The Client', the provider of the service is 'We', 'Us', 'Our' and 'the Coach' and the receiver of the service is referred to as 'you', 'the coachee' or 'the participant'. The client, coachee or coach may cancel the coaching relationship at any time. Where a coachee cancels, the client will be refunded for outstanding months in which coaching has not yet taken place. 5.The coaches skill, wisdom and knowledge-base is fully available to the client and coachee for the term of the coaching relationship. In this context the term 'coaching relationship' refers to a fixed monthly period as indicated by pre-paid monthly coaching fees. The flat-rate monthly fee reflects the coaches skill level, expertise, wisdom and knowledge base and the high standard of coaching (and/ or training where provided). Fees are not based on any hourly 'rate' or on any results that the client or coachee achieves. 6.During the coaching relationship the coach is available to the coachee on the following basis: 3 scheduled coaching calls per month, plus follow up support and coaching through unlimited email and ad-hoc short telephone calls. 7.We request these calls are kept to a maximum of 10 minutes. There are no limits to these calls, although they are subject to the coach's availability, and we request you call between 9am and 6pm (GMT) unless otherwise agreed. It is the coachees' responsibility to check which time zone they are in and ensure calls are suitable for them. All times on this website are given in UK (GMT and BST) with USA (eastern) in brackets. 8.There is no limit to the email you can send to your coach however, the coach reserves the right to condense his or her replies into a single weekly response. Your coach guarantees to read every e-mail he or she receives from you though we cannot guarantee an immediate response. Emails are usually replied to within 7 days and we reserve the right to extend this period in some circumstances. We remind you that email is not reliable and the fact that you sent an email is no guarantee that we have received it. 9.We no longer offer coaching by email alone. It is only provided to support a coaching relationship by phone or in-person. 10.All coaching is confidential. Your personal information is known only to your coach and anything you discuss with your coach remains between the two of you. 11.Call your coach for scheduled sessions at the time you both agreed on. It is the coachees responsibility to fill the time each month, if the time is not used there is no credit for the next month. Coaching usually takes place in the first 3 weeks of each month, unless otherwise agreed, and your coaching calls will normally be scheduled within this period. The coach reserves the right to change this for scheduling purposes and will give at least 24 hours notice. The final week(s) during the month are for you to use to reflect and integrate what you have learned. 12.Coach and coachee will let each other know at least 24 hours in advance, if either needs to reschedule. If 24 hours notice is given, we'll make up your scheduled time within the current month. Credit for calls will not be carried forward to the next month. If less than 24 hours notice is given you will forfeit your call plus fee. 13.Some requests for coachees: Be willing to change: to remove sources of stress in your life; set huge goals and achieve them; experiment and try new things; re-look at decisions and assumptions you've made. Coaching is most effective when you are willing to challenge everything you thought you believed in. Be willing to take care of yourself like you've never done before. Great coaching takes lots of energy: intellectual, emotional and physical, so there is an important reason for you to commit to taking exceptional care of your health and well-being now. |

| Terms apply as above with these exceptions: Fees are calculated based on your agreed coaching package and are payable in advance or upon receipt of invoice. Rates vary depending upon your agreed coaching and training package. | |
| Special arrangements / offers | |
| The above terms apply except where indicated in the specific details of your particular offer. You will receive these details in an email when you receive confirmation that you have been accepted for coaching. Unless otherwise specified, in writing, the terms above apply. | |
| Teleclasses | |
| Our teleclasses are primarily group coaching calls. Class participants are in a coaching relationship with the teleclass leader and are regarded as 'coachees' for the duration of the class. As such they are responsible for their own learning and growth. Results cannot be guaranteed. The terms above apply equally to class participants with the exception of numbers 6, 11 and 12.
The coach leading a teleclass may not necessarily be a teacher (though some may be). The focus of our teleclasses is the coaching process and participants are encouraged to take responsibility for their own learning. Where information is provided in any coaching program this is offered on a gratuitous basis, to invite participants to research further. It is the participants' responsibility to check the accuracy of any factual information given, and to conduct their own research. |
