If you have never worked with Ruth before and are curious how coaching works,
you are invited to schedule a free 20-minute coaching consultation,
to discover the power of a coaching relationship for yourself.
Here's how:

eMail ruth@dreamcoach.co.uk to arrange a day and time.
In the subject header of your email put: "Free Trial Coaching Consultation"
Ruth will then connect with you to arrange a day, date and time your free trial coaching consultation.

Personal Consultation - Single Session 50 mins

Just need to talk to Ruth? A 50 minute one-off consultation can be invaluable for getting clarity, setting goals, identifying where you need to set boundaries, or identifying core issues.

Sometimes one session is perfect to get the clarity you need, help you to focus, set priorities and identify your 'next steps'.

Make sure the email address you use on Paypal is an active email address where Ruth can contact you.

Coaching fees and Currency
If you are paying for coaching yourself the coaching fees are £180 (British Pounds) per month for six months, or £75 for a single session, payable through Paypal.

You can choose to pay the full amount or by monthly subscription.

Concessional Rates
if you are on a low income ask about our concessional rate: email Ruth@dreamcoach.co.uk

If you are outside the UK - no problem!
Prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) or US Dollars. If you are outside the UK Paypal converts it for you and you are charged in your local currency. You can check the prices in your own currency using this currency converter,
but please note Paypal may be using a different exchange rate on the day.

If for some reason you are unable to pay in GB Pounds or US Dollars it is possible to arrange payment in Euros,

This allows enough time to change deeply ingrained behaviour patterns.

If you choose to discontinue coaching, for any reason,

you can easily cancel your subscription at anytime using the unsubscribe button below or,

if you paid in advance, you will be refunded the payment for unused coaching months.
