Why and how do bullies bully?

What are the effects on people and workplaces?

What strategies are effective in addressing the issues and effecting lasting change?

An antidote to workplace bullying:

Effective Coaching in Healthcare

“You often wonder why the same situations keep arising everywhere you go in life. Every job you go to, the same things start to happen. You say to yourself ‘is it me?’ And the realisation that it is you, and the patterns you have, which cause the same sort of events to occur, is quite astonishing.

Even more astonishing is that you can change the way you think about things, which helps the way you feel and therefore leads to a clarity in your life… and you can, with the help of Life Coaching become a lot happier and confident with who you are”.

- Bev Smith, Pharmacist, Lancashire, UK
