What would you change about your life?

Coaching is a simple process that supports us in changing unhelpful thought and behaviour patterns, and creating helpful ones. This can benefit us in many areas of our lives, depending upon what we would like to change.

It is especially helpful in reducing stress, by helping us to put some simple support structures in place for ourselves. There are internal and external factors that contribute to stress. While the external factors (things happening outside of us) may be beyond our control, the internal factors (our inner thoughts, reactions and responses) can come under our control, with practice.

Coaching supports us in understanding our habitual patterns (thoughts and reactions) and supports us in making simple, yet powerful, changes that have a benefical effect in reducing the stress in our lives.

It is not something that is just reserved for corporate executives, although of course they benefit too! Wherever you are in life, if you are feeling stressed, this process helps you to look at your inner reactions and responses, and identify what you could change to make a significant difference in your life.

We all have inner 'gremlins' that we wrestle with from time to time and while it's true that we have to solve these issues for ourselves, we don't need to do it alone.

Coaching supports you in befriending your inner world, including your personal 'demons', so that you can identify where you lose your power and change long-standing patterns of disempowerment. This enables you to reclaim your power, feel more balanced, in control of your life, feel calmer, more confident, more clear and focused.

You may well be clearer, more focused and perform better in work, but more importantly you will feel better!
