Freedom!

Awaken
from the dream... and set your Self free.
- reclaim your power,
- feel more
balanced,
- be in control of your life,
- feel calmer,
- be more confident,
- be more
clear and focused.
Most of us live our lives in a kind of dream*,
never questioning who we are. We take for granted our thoughts, and
beliefs, and more importantly, our limitations: based on old beliefs
that hold us back. Most of these, even our name, were given to us by
others. Most of who we believe ourselves to be, comes from ideas
outside of ourselves.
This dream you are trying to live is somebody else's... not yours.
Once you begin questioning your own thoughts, challenging everything
you
believe to be true, and changing
your habitual thinking patterns, you begin to set yourself free. You
begin to see the difference between ideas of who you are, imposed by
others, and your own
true nature: the 'real you'. True
freedom is liberation of your mind, and living the truth of your own
being.
The false
self and your real Self...
Your mind generates a false sense of self from all the ideas, thoughts
and impressions about yourself that you have received from the outside.
This began in childhood (and even in past lives, if you choose to go
back that far!) Keeping this 'false self' going takes alot of work,
drains your energy and prevents you from seeing your real Self. The one
who was always there, and will still be there when all the false ideas
have been dropped. It takes effort to be something you're not. Simply
being YOU is effortless.

you like freedom from?
Freedom from stress. Freedom from worry. Freedom from anxiety. Freedom
from guilt. Freedom from shyness. Freedom from financial concerns.
Freedom
from bullying...
What would you add to this list?
If you suffer
from anxiety, low self-esteem or lack of confidence
you are most likely believing things about yourself
...that are not true.
Many of your everyday problems, stress, compulsive behaviour, lack of
confidence, relationship difficulties, actually come from habitual
patterns, caused
by habitual thinking and believing false ideas about
who you are (or are not)...
If you really want to change, you need to recognize these paterns,
interrupt them, and put new patterns in place.
Relax into
being who you are...
and your World will fall together.
Then you will know, from the core of your Being,
what wants to be expressed into the world, through you.
It is possible to change the way you think and experience more peace
and
happiness in your life, than you ever thought possible.
Life, of course,
still has it's problems- but it
is possible to develop inner peace to a degree where it gives you a
resilience, a core strength that enables you to handle life's
challenges
effectively and bounce back more quickly.
All it takes
is a willingness to change your mind, and the commitment to do it.
