"I
loved your dynamic approach to helping people and the way you do it
with such a sense of humour"
C.C,
Liverpool, UK
Feedback
from "Introduction to
Coaching Skills" Workshop:
"[coaching]
gave me a sense of liberating freedom and I became aware that I was not
living by my own conditions because I was too busy with other peoples
demands and conditions. I was living in fear of rejection and judgment.
I was too busy living up to other peoples expectations;
" NOT ANY MORE!"
...this
past week I have felt such a difference within myself. I feel like
something inside me has opened up, it's hard to describe but inside my
head feels different.
I
feel more conscious, more aware and a step further in the right
direction to 'being'. This past week I have definitely experienced a
difference in myself and feel so much more accepting of myself.
I
have been thinking about myself a lot more and realize that this is 'my
life' and that if I truly want to be happy then I need to be true to
myself and rid myself of the 'masks' conditions and pressures and start
living my life for me, the way I want."

An
antidote to stress & workplace bullying:
Effective
Coaching in Healthcare
"I
enjoyed the whole process of life coaching ...there were "demons" that
I needed to confront regarding my relationship with my daughters.
Our
relationship is fantastic and I was beginning to think that I was
jeopardising that by not being completely honest (or so I felt) ...for
some reason I hold back, I feel scared.
Today
I decided to bite the bullet, face my fear and tell them. ...I don’t
think that I would have found the courage to do this without the inner
strength that I feel that I gained through [coaching]
You
helped me to remember that I am good enough being exactly what I am.
How
liberating. I feel free and ready to move on with other concerns in my
life. Once again, thank you for awakening this in me"
- D.D.
"Thank
you so much for all the experiences yesterday at the Liverpool Anglican
Cathedral. I had a number of 'insights' and feel now I would very much
like to become a Life Coach myself.
When
[we] did the role play it brought up the understanding that I have
issues of procrastination in some areas of my life and this is what I
want to change to move forward with the dreams that I have.
I
loved your dynamic approach to helping people and the way you do it
with such a sense of humour, I have spent a number of years following a
spiritual path and your delivery really touches me to follow that
direction. Please thank all the people on your team who helped make
yesterday the success that it was."

Group Mission:
In the emotional intelligence and consciousness
SIG we explore the relationship between consciousness and emotional
intelligence to improve our emotional well-being, relate with one
another more effectively, and deepen our understanding of our true
nature.
A SIG is a 'Special Interest Group' that comes together to focus on a
specific topic of shared interest to the group members. This group is
open to the public. We participate through e-mail and also on
a 'live' monthly teleconferencing call which takes place on the 3rd
Friday of each month.
Emotional intelligence is vital to living in balance yet few people
know what it is, let alone how to use it in practice. Our emotions can
be thought of as 'energy-in-motion'. Once we fully understand and use
the intelligence of our emotions they guide us toward healthy patterns
of relating and emotional well-being. In this group we focus more on
practical aspects, personal meaning, and experiential learning, rather
than theoretical models and EQ tests.
Understanding the relationship between consciousness and emotions is
the key to realising higher intelligence, and our own true nature.
Self-awareness not only opens the doorway to emotional intelligence but
deepens our awareness of multiple intelligences, our own true nature
and the multi-dimensional aspects of human experience.
We explore emotions and their meaning: what messages we're paying
attention to or not paying attention to. We look at the blocks, flows
and results that show up in our lives.
We share links, tools, tips and resources from the field of
consciousness, emotional intelligence and multiple intelligences.
If these areas interest you we would love you to join us and encourage
you to participate in group discussions through e-mail and 'live' on
our monthly teleconferencing call.
Warmly,
Anya

Coaches
and Writers Networking Group JOIN
this Group!
This group brings together coaches who write, and
coaches who coach writers, to meet, connect, network, share tips, tools
and techniques and support one another. This is for coaches who are
authors, writers, those who coach writer's, and authors and writers who
coach! (and any combination of those!)
It provides a
forum for writers, authors and coaches to reduce a sense of isolation,
connect with others, share resources, motivate, inspire and support one
another.
Connecting , sharing and learning with other
coach writers can help you develop a resource network, help you stay
motivated and find resources quickly and easily.
This is a great place to learn for coaches to share and learn from
authors and writers, including other coach writers. Discover how to use
writing to grow your practice, raise your profile, promote your work
and develop a valuable extra revenue stream.
If you would love an
opportunity to meet up with other coach writers, published authors and
writers then this group is for you.
I look forward to 'meeting' some of you in our discussions.

Inner Bully, Inner Critic, Negative Self-talk, The
Judge, The Tyrant, The Gremlin... call it what you will our inner
'bully' is a familiar voice in all our lives.
This e-mail discussion group is for people who are familiar with their
inner bully and are willing to turn it to their advantage. Yes, our
inner bully, in some circumstances, is actually our friend!
In this group we connect, share and learn how to listen to our inner
bullies' advice without lowering our self-esteem and confidence - and
when and HOW not to listen when we need to!
I look forward to 'meeting' some of you in our
discussions.
Warmly,
